Montreal, Quebec - IKON Office Solutions, Inc., the world’s largest
independent channel for document management systems and services, today
announced it will be the official business equipment provider to the
Grand Prix of Canada to be held in Montréal, Quebec on June 8, 9, & 10,
2007 at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
IKON will be supplying the latest technology in multi-functional printers,
copiers and fax equipment to assist race organizers in serving, F-1 Teams
and the media throughout the event.
In order to prepare for the Grand Prix of Canada, IKON will deliver and
install the equipment one week before the race to ensure all testing and
systems are in place. During the three day race IKON will have two senior
technicians on site full time throughout the event to cover any technical
issues 24 hours a day.
IKON equipment will be used to output information such as: polling data,
car information, track conditions, weather reports and uptime performance.
