regard, it has implemented this Privacy Statement to inform you of our privacy practices and the
choices that you can make about the way we collect, use or disclose your personal information.
IKON is committed to meeting its obligations under applicable privacy legislation, including the
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”).
For the purposes of this Statement, “personal information” means information about an identifiable
individual, and is subject to more particular definitions, exceptions or interpretations under
applicable legislation.
IKON will collect personal information in the course of conducting business both online and offline to
the extent necessary to manage its business for valid business purposes and in accordance with
applicable legislation.
If you choose to provide personal information to IKON, we assume that you consent to the
collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described at the time of collection and
as outlined in this Privacy Statement. Your consent may be express or implied, depending on the
circumstances and the sensitivity of the personal information in question. If you do not consent,
please do not provide your personal information or, where applicable, exercise the opt-in or opt-out
options offered. Subject to legal and contractual requirements and reasonable notice, you may

request to our Privacy Officer to correct his or her personal information in our care and control.
All employees who have access to your personal information are bound by the confidentiality
provisions of IKON’s Code of Ethics (a copy of which is available upon request) as well as this
Privacy Statement.
We reserve the right at all times to collect, use and disclose any information with or without consent
where required or permitted by law or regulatory authority.
If you have any questions, requests or complaints about our personal information practices, please
write to our Canada Privacy Officer at the address below.
This section sets out our general commercial guidelines with regard to personal information, as well
as the details of the collection, use and disclosure of personal information through our internet sites.
It generally explains IKON’s information gathering and dissemination practices and how we use and
protect personal identifiable information that we receive from individuals both through our website
or through your interactions with us by telephone, fax, e-mail, regular mail or other methods.
It should be noted that IKON’s website may contain links to other websites or may also be
referenced on or accessible through links contained on other sites, including sites of third party eprocurement
networks. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
Their policies and protections may be different than those offered by IKON. We encourage you to
investigate and review the privacy practices of those sites prior to use.
IKON collects personal information when individuals provide it to us voluntarily, such as when you
contact our company about one of our products or advertisements, or enter one of our promotional
contests. We recognize that by providing us with personal information, you are demonstrating your
trust in our company and we take that trust seriously. Once you choose to provide us with personal
information, you can be assured that IKON will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to
others.
On some IKON websites, or through your interactions with us via telephone, fax, e-mail, regular
mail or other methods, you can, for example, order products or services, request information,
subscribe to marketing or support materials, or apply for a career opportunity at IKON. The types of
information that you provide to us may include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address,
user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, credit card information, contact
preferences, educational and employment background, and career opportunity interest data. To
personalize our websites, services or communications, and improve our products and services, we
may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests,
demographics, and experiences with our products or services. Providing this additional information
is optional and is not required in order to obtain our services.
When you make a purchase, we may ask for your name, company name, address, telephone
number, e-mail address and other information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For
purposes of billing, you may need to provide your IKON account number or credit card information,
including type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. If your order is to be
shipped, we also need the name, address and telephone number of the intended recipient(s).
Individuals or customers may create an account online or through your interactions with us via
telephone, fax, e-mail, regular mail or other methods. Creating an account allows you to save
certain billing information so that you can track the status of your orders and set your ordering
preferences. For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card numbers in an online website
account. This information is accessible only by authorized IKON employees selected to process your
account information.
When you visit our site, we may collect anonymous system information about your computer, such
as your IP address. In certain areas of the site designated for specific customers, we require
personal contact information (such as your name and e-mail address) in order to provide account
access and perform commerce-related and other online service activities. This information is usually
requested in the registration and order forms set forth in those areas. If you obtain access to one of
those designated areas, and you are required to log in, we will use a "cookie" to store your user
name. Cookies are small files that are placed on your hard drive by a website. They act as unique
identifiers for your computer, but cannot be used to identify any individual, only machines. We may
use cookies to identify our customers and better understand their browsing or usage patterns, as
well as to enhance the experience of our customers at our site.
Non-personal data we collect may include the pages visited, unique URLs visited within our web
properties, browser type and IP address. Most non-personal data is collected via cookies or other
analysis technologies.

permitted or required by law.
We may share your personal information with third parties with your consent, as described in this
