Manual Process

Orders, claims, and other business critical documents arrive in your mailroom to be sorted and delivered during the next mail run. If the recipient is busy, mail may not be examined until the next day. For higher approval, it may have to go through the same process again before action is taken. Furthermore, once in the system, only one person can access the file at a time unless multiple copies are made. Customer service teams have to log inquiries, search for documents and call customers back with answers.
